About Empire
Empire is an extraordinary 14,000 square foot Asian restaurant and lounge located in the heart of Fan Pier in Boston’s thriving Seaport District. Just steps away from the Boston Convention and Exhibit Center, the sleek, modern space is designed to give guests an old world feel with a touch of Hong Kong mystery. Empire is divided into several aesthetically distinct spaces which flow seamlessly into one another to create unique space that is unlike any other venue in the city. Empire has a full seating capacity of 275 guests and a full standing capacity of 600.
Three stunning private dining rooms can each seat up to 40 guests for dinner and can accommodate up to 50 guests for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. One room features a private bar, ideal for pre-dinner cocktail parties or cocktail style events. Each room opens into the next, allowing us to accommodate larger groups of up to 120 seated and 150+ standing.

PRIVATE DINING
Three stunning private dining rooms can each seat up to 40 guests for dinner and can accommodate up to 50 guests for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. One room features a private bar, ideal for pre-dinner cocktail parties or cocktail style events. Each room opens into the next, allowing us to accommodate larger groups of up to 120 seated and 150+ standing. Additional space called the Café can also be used with our private rooms to create additional space for seated dinners up to 160 and cocktail parties up to 200.
Persimmon
If full privacy is not what you are seeking, our semi-private Persimmon Room is the perfect setting.
Surrounded by decorative, see-through wooden lattice walls, this space offers a degree of privacy while still allowing your group to experience the ambiance and energy of the main dining room.
This space can accommodate up to 22 guests at a single table.
Salon
If you are looking for a more casual space with more of a lounge vibe, the Salon, located across from the DJ booth in our main bar & lounge, is the perfect spot for you.
This semi-private space features oversized chairs, gold couches and low seating set underneath the glow of our infinity wall.
The Salon can accommodate up to 30 guests for a cocktail party and is ideal for groups looking for a casual gathering, after work social or happy hour mingling.
